The Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod was founded in 1937 taking over from language courses launched in 1917. So in 2017 the University actually turned 100. Today, we are proud to have graduated thousands of highly qualified alumni with excellent careers in science and business, culture, and education.
Our graduates are employed by institutions of school and higher education, international enterprises like big automobile companies (Volkswagen, Skoda, KAMAZ), INTEL, financial institutions, municipal, regional, and federal administrative bodies including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, media, international organizations such as the UN, UNESCO, Counsel of Europe, European Court of Human Rights.

Get an invitation and obtain the student visa to the Russian Federation

Contact LUNN Division for International Affairs to notify the university about the date, time and port of your arrival in Russia and Nizhny Novgorod

Registration at the University
Arrive at LUNN and come to LUNN Division for International Affairs the next day (unless it is a weekend or a legal holiday, in which case you need to come to the office the next working day)
